Job Summary

The Manager, Field Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational delivery of the City of Mississauga’s parking enforcement activities. Reporting to the Manager, Parking Services, this position provides leadership to a team of Field Services Supervisors and indirectly oversees a large workforce of Municipal Law Enforcement Officers (MLEOs) delivering 24/7 enforcement services across the city. This role ensures that parking enforcement is conducted in a fair, effective, and consistent manner, supporting public safety, mobility, and compliance with municipal by-laws. The Manager plays a key role in operational planning, performance optimization, incident management, and stakeholder collaboration.
