Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary :

The profile is responsible for accounting for business transactions, reporting thereof and various

tax and regulatory compliances besides acting as the SPOC for external agencies.

Key Tasks:

1. Finance

• Responsible for banking relationships and compliances required by Banks
• Coordinate with overseas finance team for strategy and implementation
• Prepare finance plan for new business projects and transactions and ensure end-to-end execution

2. Accounting

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting for business transactions ensuring accurate expense and revenue booking in SAP and managing team for the same
• Review of bank reconciliations
• Update standard cost, cost sheets, transport cost on period basis

3. Taxation
