We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to manage and oversee the overall accounts and finance operations of our group, with a strong focus on real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage overall accounts and finance operations of the group.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Maintain project-wise accounting for real estate developments.
* Monitor cash flows, receivables, payables, and bank positions.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost control reports.
* Supervise accounting of customer advances, installments, refunds, and bookings.
* Ensure compliance with FBR taxation laws (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax).
