Manager - Finance

As our Manager -Finance for Philippines, you will be working closely with the management, in charge of all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, financial & management reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, taxation, cash flow management, internal controls as well as producing useful analytics, reports and insights for operational & strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

 Form close & trusting relationships with the management team and various functional leads to monitor and assess financial results, identify areas of growth potential and operating efficiency

 Drive & lead the financial planning & budgeting process, short term to long term plans and Forecast

 Carry out Performance Analysis, Variance Analysis and Reporting

 Analyze and recommend process improvements

 Ensure accuracy and timeliness of various financial and management reporting and

analyses
