Our client is a large healthcare system seeking an experienced finance professional to assist with financial reporting and budgeting across multiple facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices. This role works at the Finance Manager level, leading budget preparation, consolidation, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership across the system. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of fiscal operations and budget management experience, advanced Excel and financial analysis skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting complex, multi-entity healthcare financial operations.
