Manager - Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manager - Finance to manage and oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reconciliations, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including BIR reporting and payroll administration.
Responsible for the Bank Reconciliation Report
Petty Cash Reconciliation, Petty Cash Custodian(ensures petty cash funds are always available for operating and general expenses).
Responsible for the Reconciliation of Staff IOU's.
Responsible for the Reconciliation of Staff Advance
Responsible for the Receivables Aging Monitoring
Responsible for the Payables Aging Monitoring
Responsible for conducting audit accounting records to ensure they are accurate and complete.
Reconciliation of GL and SL account on an annual audit.
In charge for the Verification of payment in Security Bank online payment.
