Manager, Finance Reporting (Future Opportunities)

OPPORTUNITY

As part of Fengate’s continued growth, the Finance team is seeking a Manager, Finance (Reporting) to lead the accounting, reporting, and financial planning activities for a portfolio of income producing properties. Building on the responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst role, this position will provide leadership across reporting functions, oversee complex financial processes, and act as a key business partner to Asset Management, Property Management, Development, Treasury, and senior leadership. This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial reporting while driving process improvements and supporting strategic decision‑making.
