Manager, Finance

Our client is a leading industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on SGX with a portfolio of more than 20 properties in Singapore and a market capitalization of more than S$1 billion. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Finance to lead key functions within their REIT operations. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee the whole finance spectrum including REIT’s taxation, compliance and corporate secretarial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements in accordance with SFRS and REIT-specific reporting requirements.
• Review Group consolidated financial statements and subsidiaries monthly close.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the real estate portfolio.
