Financial Management & Planning

• Lead the preparation of TCEV's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), financial forecasts, and management reports.
• Prepare detailed project financial models and cashflows for Board deliberation, funding applications, and external financing approvals.
• Monitor project and operational cashflows to ensure sufficient liquidity for development and working capital needs.
• Manage accounting operations including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with MFRS.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions to ensure compliance with statutory, financing, and reporting requirements.

Governance & Compliance

• Implement and enforce TCEV's Authority Matrix, corporate policies, and internal control frameworks.
