Financial Management & Planning
Lead the preparation of TCEV's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), financial forecasts, and management reports.
Prepare detailed project financial models and cashflows for Board deliberation, funding applications, and external financing approvals.
Monitor project and operational cashflows to ensure sufficient liquidity for development and working capital needs.
Manage accounting operations including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with MFRS.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions to ensure compliance with statutory, financing, and reporting requirements.
Governance & Compliance
Implement and enforce TCEV's Authority Matrix, corporate policies, and internal control frameworks.
Ensure all corporate decisions and expenditures comply with the Joint Venture and Shareholders Agreement (JVSA), Shareholders and Board Reserved Matters.
