Manager Finance Systems

The Finance System Manager (Systems Accountant) is responsible for overseeing, governing, and optimizing Inchcape’s finance systems from an accounting, controls, and business process perspective. This role acts as the key finance subject‑matter expert for system implementations, enhancements, and change initiatives, ensuring that accounting requirements, controls, and integrations are properly designed, tested, and operated.

This role bridges Finance and IT, ensuring financial systems are configured and used in line with accounting standards, global finance templates, and business requirements. The Finance System Manager supports both transformation initiatives and business‑as‑usual operations, enabling accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and efficient close processes across Inchcape GBS.
