Manager, Financial and Regulatory Reporting to manage all aspects of our organization's Financial & Reporting related activities. Well versed with international accounting standards and regulations, as well as a proven track record in Reporting, planning and driving Finance agenda
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliant Group Financial Accounting Policies and Procedures for IFRS and management reporting.
Ensuring compliance with the Local Financial Accounting Policies that are in line with locally applicable IFRS and local regulations / laws / statutes.
To identify, analyse and resolve accounting issues in connection with the application of IFRS, introduction of new products / transactions, local regulations etc.
To support in preparation of accurate segmental management and statutory financials to the Group and Board / shareholders respectively.
