Job Description:
The position is a key member of the corporate consolidation Financial Planning & Analysis team that will be guiding business leaders on monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and operating plans. Will consolidate and review departmental budgets to ensure accuracy and alignment with company and segment objections. Analyze monthly financial results, variance and trends; providing actionable insight to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop new metrics to measure business performance. Heavily involved with ad hoc analyses, modeling and planning, such as cash flow, compensation models, headcount/workforce planning. Lastly, will support development, designing and implementing processes and controls of financial systems and tools.
