The Manager of FP&A is essential for enhancing PriceSmart's financial data infrastructure and analytical capabilities. This role focuses on developing and standardizing FP&A dashboards and reporting models to facilitate effective decision-making across the company. Additionally, the Manager contributes to the continuous improvement of Planning Analytics (TM1) and ensures operational continuity during peak cycles or when the system administrator is absent.

Technology, Data Visualization & Reporting Leadership

• Create executive‑ready dashboards and reports in Power BI or PowerPoint that clearly articulate trends, performance, and business implications.
• Turn complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that guide decision‑making.
