Manager, Financing Solutions

As a Manager of Financing Solutions in National Bank's Real Estate Finance group, you will collaborate closely with Senior Analysts, Account Managers, and Portfolio Managers. Your role

• Prepare and send letters, as well as follow up on documentation for annual reviews and renewals.
• Conduct credit analyses, including the assessment of maturing loans, in accordance with the Bank’s established standards, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Solicit feedback from Account Managers on draft credit applications and revise them as needed to ensure compliance with the Bank’s requirements for profitability, presentation quality, and risk analysis.
