You will be responsible for the second largest retail site by revenue, overseeing the cafeteria, coffee shop, and catering services. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who excels in operational management and team development, guiding an assistant manager and a dedicated team of cooks, receiver, and food service workers.
