Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the management team for Business Assurance Norway and contributing to and shaping the Business Assurance Norway management agenda.
  • Assisting with business development activities
  • Leading performance reviews and development discussions with team members
  • Coordinating with other leaders to ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Overseeing multiple projects within the team to ensure work is conducted within
  • Providing technical support and guidance to team members

  • Possibly conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

    • Depending on the candidates, we will form the content of the position together, so that it reflects the capabilities of the candidate and needs seen in the team.
