Job Description
Lead executive compensation initiatives as a Global Executive Compensation Manager. Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation programs in a primarily remote setting.
Reporting to leadership, you will effectively manage rewards programs for executives while ensuring alignment with performance metrics and governance standards. This includes driving annual compensation cycles, conducting complex financial modeling, and preparing materials for the Compensation Committee. Your efforts will foster a competitive compensation framework that resonates within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage executive compensation programs
• Lead annual cycles for benchmarking and market analysis
• Prepare executive materials for Board discussions
• Conduct scenario analyses and compensation forecasting
• Continue evolving compensation frameworks with AI
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications beneficial
