Manager, FP&A, Commercial Toronto

What we’re looking for:

A Manager FP&A, Commercial to be based in Toronto, Canada. This role will build and oversee a commercial analyst team, partner with commercial executives and teams, and focus on driving growth with publishers and media buyers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Drive incremental revenue growth by supporting the commercial team with analysis, insights and reporting.
• Coach and mentor a commercial analyst team.
• Support enterprise-wide monitoring of performance and partner with the commercial team on corrective actions.
• Implement a business management system to align on drivers or performance (leading indicators) and results (lagging indicators).
• Support P&L accountability with regional analysts.
• Coordinate operational projects through Index’s project management system.
