**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead, coach and mentor a team of enthusiastic and energetic FP&A analysts
+ Partnering with Sales team and Bookings/orders governance for:
+ Run recurring bookings cadence with Sales leadership of regions
+ Drive accountability on major bookings in funnel vs forecast / rolling budgets commitments
+ Challenge forecast/rolling budgets commitments from Sales leadership based on probability, timings, scope, commercial terms, historical hit rates by segment/region/product
+ Translate discussions into finance numbers; what moved, why it moved and what it means for...
