Position Overview

The Manager Franchising, TH Canada will support the franchisee lifecycle including franchisee recruitment, recognizing franchisee milestones, awarding franchisee extensions and supporting franchise sale transactions. The Manager will support the strategic plans to grow our franchisee base nationwide. This position will work directly with franchisee candidates, external vendors and internally with Field Operations, Operations Training, Communications Team, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national recruiting strategy to attract high-quality franchisee candidates, while providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to support national growth.
• Implement and execute strategic initiatives to increase the quantity of highly-qualified applicants.
