Job Description

Responsibilities
 :The Manager Colored Stones & Enamel will work on Fine Jewelry category, taking care of Sourcing & Capacity planning functions, working closely with Gemstones acquisition, Product development/marketing, Industrial Planning, Design, Quality/Grading, Responsible Sourcing and FGs Sourcing teams. This position will be part of the European Sourcing & Planning office which covers EU activities across all categories (Finished goods, Components, Stones etc.)
Manage supplier accounts: 
Manage the supplier’s relationship 
Monitor Request for pricing and new product projects (Technical specification, Cost negotiation, Capacity building etc.)
Coordinate interface between finished good (Tier 1) and Gemstones/Enamel (Tier 2) supplier (Specifications, ramp up, cost etc.)
Monitor supplier performance (Cost, Delivery, Quality) by understanding market availability, skillset strengths, quality consistency, service provided, and proact...
