Job Description

 
  Over de functie 
 Build up an effective and efficient team of finance professionals in our SSC. Motivate and coach them with the aim of making optimal use of and developing their capabilities, skills and knowledge
 Set up the standard process model including supporting documentation (flow charts, work instructions etc.) for the services in scope
 Lead the migration of finance activities in scope from local entities in the EMEA region to our SSC in Barcelona within the next 2 years
 Act as consultant for Finance in the migration projects from Navision and local ERPs to Dynamics 365
 Ensure timely staffing and smooth onboarding of new colleagues by implementing a structured onboarding program
 Define the direction of the team, set priorities and clear goals and translate into concrete actions, initiatives and KPI´s
