Manager, Global Compensation

**Position Overview**

This management position will lead a team that specializes in ensuring the company has competitive and cost-effective compensation policies and practices across the globe. The Manager, Global Compensation will report to the Director, Total Rewards.

**Key Job Responsibilities**

+ Manages company’s overall compensation plans which many include changes to base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, sales compensation.
+ Leads team that prepares job descriptions, conducts job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes /ages salary structures, develops salary budgets, conducts minimum/zone analysis, and prepares policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
+ Responsible for company’s incentive plan documentation and administration.
+ Manage the annual salary planning process, base pay and incentive plan review, merit budgets, etc.
