Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the central Compliance Monitoring team in Canada by leveraging data analytics and compliance risk management expertise to support the execution and delivery of individual goals, plans, and initiatives aligned to the team’s business strategies and objectives.
Accountabilities
Utilize Analytics and Insights for aggregated compliance monitoring activities to identify patterns, themes, or trends in compliance controls that may indicate weaknesses or gaps.

Lead effort to craft and refine reporting requirements, and support efforts to strengthen the Compliance monitoring program oversight and effective challenge capabilities
