The Autodesk Global Culture & Belonging (GCB) team leads culture evolution across Autodesk, bringing our company values and the One Autodesk way of working to life for employees worldwide. We are excited to introduce a new role: **Manager, Global Culture Enablement** , responsible for leading high-impact culture initiatives that empower Autodeskers to put One ORBIT into action in meaningful, measurable ways.

In this role, you will partner with colleagues across GCB and the People & Places (PPL) organization to design and scale enterprise-wide efforts that deepen understanding of Autodesk’s Culture Guide and translate values into everyday behaviors. You will lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution—defining success measures, driving adoption, and optimizing impact through data and employee insights.
