Role Summary

The Manager, Global Data & Application Support – APAC, serves as both a functional leader and the regional Head of Technology for APAC. This role is a player-coach responsible for the day-to-day management and operational support of Global Data & Application services, overseeing a team of seven analysts across the region. In addition to leading application and data support, the role represents all of Technology within APAC, ensuring the global technology strategy is well understood, effectively executed, and tailored to regional needs. The manager will participate in the Global Technology Leadership Team and act as a bridge between APAC leadership and global technology domains, bringing a broad understanding of areas such as security, user experience, infrastructure, workplace technology, and application strategy.
