Manager, Global Key Accounts

Purpose/ Mission
To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned key account(s), while aligning with adidas (target) brand image & strategy. Ensure key account target achievement

Accountabilities
(To be performed in alignment with global and regional guidelines)

• Negotiate and reinforce adidas trade terms
• Assists implement the Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly set
• Represent the Key Account internally as an ambassador towards all functions and manage all interfaces
• Frequently address Key Account requirements across functions
• Proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts
• Assist in the development of account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign-off by the director superior
• Sell-in and agree on sell-through support. Formalize specific Account's Marketing Plans
