As Manager, Global POP Governance, you will play a key role in strengthening global standards, policies, systems, and tools that ensure the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of Patient Support Programmes (PSP), Market Research Programmes (MRP), and Insights Collection (IC) across Novartis. You will collaborate closely with country teams, global functions, and governance partners to promote consistent processes, mitigate compliance risks, and enhance enterprise-wide oversight. By driving continuous improvement, supporting audits and inspections, and enabling transparent, compliant operations, you will help shape a governance framework that safeguards patients, strengthens quality, and simplifies the way Novartis works.
