Manager, Group Bancassurance

We're Hiring: Manager, Group Bancassurance (Governance & Partnerships)
Join our team and play a key role in driving Bancassurance/Bancatakaful governance, strategic partnership management and regulatory compliance across AmBank Group.
What You'll Do
Coordinate Joint Steering Committee meetings and prepare materials.
Assist the Banca partnership management, including but not limited to partnership renewals, and contractual reviews.
Assist the senior management on the annual Banca target setting / business planning and alignment with internal business units & external insurance / takaful partners.
Monitor & report Banca target and financial KPIs achievement regularly.
Assist to identify the potential catch-up action plans for any shortfalls with internal business units & external insurance / takaful partners.
