The Growth & Partnership team in Mediacorp drives meaningful revenue growth by connecting brands, agencies and consumers through impactful partnerships, data‑led strategies and creative loyalty solutions that extend beyond Mediacorp's owned ecosystem. The Agency Partnership team is a subset of the G&P team, that builds, manages, and expands strategic collaborations and relationships with large and small agencies to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and drive innovation and new business opportunities.

• Work with the Lead to orchestrate and execute the commercial deal strategy, including Trading deals for Holding Companies and Key Independent Agencies.
• Manage the working-level agency conversations, and day-to-day dealings.
• Prospect and acquire new leads across different agencies, with follow‑ups that drive greater engagement and revenue growth.
