Job Description
We are in need of a skilled Customer Service Manager (with a focus on customer service in the hospitality industry) who is driven, autonomous, resourceful, hard-working, lightning fast and a quick learner. Linton Hospitality manages our own properties in the boutique hotel and glampground space.
The Customer Service Manager is at the heart of the company, responsible for overseeing daily operations within the customer service department. He/she will manage a team, set customer satisfaction goals, and implement service standards that align with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the guest experience team (2-4 people) to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
