The Purpose
The Manager, Sourcing – Indirects, serves as the strategic owner of the PPE and workwear
category across Liberty Energy Solutions and the broader portfolio companies. This role leads
the full lifecycle of category strategy, supplier selection, and sourcing execution, ensuring
uninterrupted, safe, compliant, and cost‑efficient supply of all critical protective equipment.
The position is accountable for driving group‑wide standardization, advancing supplier
performance and reliability, and delivering measurable Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
improvements across multiple entities and operational sites. By integrating safety, quality,
