Position Overview

Program: Clinical Services

Status: Full Time Contract, Management (12 months)

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Salary: $97,800 to $111,000 CAD annually, determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.

Reporting

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Services, the Manager, Health Services will support clinical and administrative operations through development and oversight of operational procedures for the Health Services Team. The role will ensure effective and efficient service delivery while meeting ministry standards and balancing program and corporate strategic priorities.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate service provision for direct reports: monitor SOPs, analyze data, forecast client needs, develop and monitor services, source clinicians, engage staff, develop waitlists, foster community partnerships, lead Community of Practice meetings....
