Job Description

This position provides a key leadership role in enhancing health and safety in the workplace through the development, implementation, delivery, evaluation and engagement of employees in injury prevention and health promotion strategies. This position provides consultative support to company executives, management, safety personnel and front‑line employees in The Redpath Americas Group on all health, safety and training related matters. Additionally, this individual teaches, coaches, researches, develops, distributes and continuously improves companywide injury prevention and loss control programs, training, and promotional materials. This position also reports on the status of health and safety systems, site safety performance and performs significant functions in the development of global safety and training initiatives in collaboration with the Management from other Redpath business units.
