Manager Health & Safety Retail

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- The Manager Health & Safety Retail LAM will manage and enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with all applicable global, regional, and local regulations within the LAM retail organization. The incumbent will support the implementation of health and safety initiatives and protocols as per the current H&S strategy for the Americas region. They will also evaluate, present, and manage safety risks to assure all interested parties that adidas is responsible and effectively protecting our employees and brand value.- The H&S Manager will partner with Retail Back Office, Retail Stores and Retail Consumer Experience teams, Workplaces, HSEE Own Operations, and Security/Loss Prevention to execute the Health and Safety strategy and company health and safety policies, to ensure compliance with all applicable global, regional, and local regulations across Retail Back Office, Retail Stores, and Workplaces in the market, supporting...
