Manager, HK Risk Management
Reporting to the Senior Director, Hong Kong Risk Management, this role is responsible for overseeing strategic, product, insurance, and market risks across a broad range of business initiatives. The position plays a key role in operationalizing an effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and promoting a strong culture of risk awareness across the Company.
This role provides independent risk oversight and challenges key business decisions as a second line of defense. Able to deliver clear recommendations to senior management and relevant governance committees, in alignment with Manulife’s ERM framework, risk appetite, and applicable regulatory requirements.
