Job Description
As a Manager, HR Business Partner, you will be primarily focusing on Japan, while also supporting operations in South Korea and Guam.
You will serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing insights, proactive, practical advice and coaching to people leaders and teams within a regional market. This role also serves as the strategic partner to the HR function to ensure that enterprise-wide HR initiatives are in alignment with and in support of People and Business objectives- with heavy focus on Talent Management (Compensation and Learning & Development) to attract, develop, and retain talent.
You will closely work with the Talent Acquisition function as well as other COEs.
