Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

+ Integrates HR with Business Strategy

+ Considers the broader business context, by linking clear connections between HR activities to their impact across functions and teams.

+ Contributes to the development and delivery of HR strategies aligned with the operational priorities of factory and Supply Chain teams.

+ Maintain consistency between Unilever’s Myanmar HR strategies and and functional priorities across departments. Lead Talent Conversation and the Processes Guides managers on performance tools and processes to drive individual and team growth.
