In order to support the realization of the business plan, in cooperation with BUHR, set HR policies that adapt to changes in the internal and external environment and manage related tasks and goals/progress. Also, oversee all HR practices such as personnel placement, training, compensation, and labor.

Job Description

1. HR Policy Setting and Promotion
 Set HR policies with your superiors that support the business plan from a medium- to long-term perspective
 Work with BUHR to implement various measures to promote HR policies
2. Recruitment, Transfers, and Placement
 Receive approval for new graduate and mid-career recruitment based on personnel plans and hire appropriately
 Plan transfer and placement plans to ensure that the right person is placed in the right position, and support their implementation
