Manager, HR Operations & Systems (Workday)
Reporting into the DVP of Total Rewards, HR Operations and Systems, this individual will have responsibility for managing the delivery of effective ‘full employee cycle’ HR Services. They will also ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and Systems (including Workday) and ensure that service levels, standard operating procedures and business processes are in place. You will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our HRIS, working closely with different stakeholders to ensure that the system continues to service the organization's needs. In addition, this individual will lead an HR Services team, ensuring a customer centric approach.
