As the Manager - HR&ER , you will be responsible in providing second line HR advisory support to managers on employee relations and people management, while also owning the local execution of organisational change initiatives.
Your goal / purpose will be to ensure that enterprise and sector / practice group people priorities are embedded effectively, risks are managed, and managers are equipped to lead their teams through transition.
