Manager - HSE Operations

Responsibilities:

HSE Leadership & Strategy:

• Reinforce and promote to the organisation the key provisions set out within the Company's HSE and Major Accident Prevention Policies.
• Develop and maintain the HSE operational strategy aligned with corporate objectives within company's Core Values - SURE and the key principles behind a robust safety culture.
• Lead the development and implementation of the CAMS/HSE management system for floaters (FPSO/FSU/FSIU, etc) operations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to onboard HSE teams and shore-based support staf during offshore and In-country office visit.

Compliance & Regulatory Management:

• Ensure compliance with the international and local HSE regulatory including maritime i.e ISM & ISPS requirement.
