Manager - HSE Operations

Responsibilities:
HSE Leadership & Strategy:
Reinforce and promote to the organisation the key provisions set out within the Company's HSE and Major Accident Prevention Policies.
Develop and maintain the HSE operational strategy aligned with corporate objectives within company's Core Values - SURE and the key principles behind a robust safety culture.
Lead the development and implementation of the CAMS/HSE management system for floaters (FPSO/FSU/FSIU, etc) operations.
Provide leadership and coaching to onboard HSE teams and shore-based support staf during offshore and In-country office visit.
Compliance & Regulatory Management:
Ensure compliance with the international and local HSE regulatory including maritime i.e ISM & ISPS requirement.
