2. Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees.

3. Develop staffing plans aligned with peak seasons, special events, and operational needs.
4. Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment, and community outreach programs.

5. Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

6. Employee Relations & Engagement

7. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a timely and fair manner.

8. Develop engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
