Manager – Human Resources Er-Ir

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR/ER strategies aligned with business objectives
• Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances and field issues
• Conduct review meetings with Managers and Medical Representatives
• Draft disciplinary letters and manage disciplinary proceedings
• Handle field industrial relations matters including coordination with police stations, labour authorities, and advocates
• Conduct domestic inquiries for field employees
• Track and review legal cases and coordinate with advocates
• Ensure compliance with labour laws across India
• Manage and monitor compliance dashboards
• Implement effective HR/ER systems, procedures, and field strategies

Experience Requirement

• 7–10 years of core experience in Field Force Management
• Candidates from FMCG or Banking industry can also be considered
