We are recruiting for a MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES.

This is a regular full‑time position (minimum 35 hours per week) based in Guelph with travel to other agency sites as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $46.37 – $56.33 per hour ($84,393.40 to $102,520.60 annually) (Non‑Union)

Human Resource Strategy & Operations

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support a culture of excellence.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive employee records, including HRIS data, ensuring compliance with internal and legislative requirements.
• Provide trusted HR consultation to managers on policies, procedures, collective agreements, and employment law.
