Job Description
The Key Account Professional is responsible for the sales performance at a large key or strategic account (direct end-customer, OEM, or Channel partner). This individual is responsible for the overall alignment and strategies between the two companies and has global accountability.
# General Responsibilities
+ Sells the organization’s products or services to, and maintains relationships with, typically one to three existing key country accounts.
+ Manages sales activities for assigned named country accounts, rather than an assigned territory.
+ Primary point-of-contact sales manager for account regardless of account’s geographic location.
+ Handles expansion and development on a global or international account and providing customer service
+ Manages relationship with global channel partners.
