Manager, IAP Governance Support

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Global Archer Services Manager to join our dynamic team. The Manager, IAP Governance Support reporting into the Director, Global Archer Services plays a critical role in driving the successful execution and governance of the Integrated Approach Program. This program spans multiple stakeholders and product owners across Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Audit, and IT. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining program health and ensuring effective collaboration across workstreams. Additionally, the role involves running key governance forums and supporting monthly steering committee (SteerCo) meetings. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem‑solving skills, agile execution expertise, and hands‑on experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools such as Archer or ServiceNow (SNOW).
