Job Description
Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience related to Occupational Health and Safety topics in the industrial sector, particularly in maquiladora operations.
• Risk identification and assessment, with the development of programs for their elimination and/or mitigation.
• Development and implementation of STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare) policies to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework.
• Employee training and awareness through brigades and active programs involving operational staff and various response teams.
• Supervision and regulatory compliance with Federal and State entities.
• Investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, maintaining a TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) log at the plant level.
• Emergency management, submitting an emergency response plan to civil protection authorities.
• Promotion of overall well-being to ensure and enhance quality and safety in the workplace and beyond.
